Discover the Tronxy Carbon Fiber Filament PLA 1.75mm, a resilient black filament meticulously designed to bolster the structural robustness of your 3D prints, thus yielding industrial-quality prototypes.
【Product Features for Carbon Fiber PLA】: Good matt black pla finish with a frosted texture. No bubbles, no tangles, no clogging, minimal warpage, high toughness, good interlayer adhesion, easy to remove support.
【Tips for Carbon Fiber PLA Filament】: 1. The carbon fiber pla filament 1.75 has extremely high rigidity, and long-term printing will wear the copper nozzle and increase nozzle's aperture. Recommended to use stainless steel nozzles; 2. After using the filament, please put it in a sealed bag. Before next use it is recommended to use filament dryer to dry for 2 hours (drying temperature 50°) before printing to avoid stringing and help to print smoothly.
【Recommended Settings for Carbon Fiber PLA Filament】: 3d printer filament Strong 1kg. 1.75mm diameter +/- 0.05mm, to ensure consistent feeding and smooth printing. Recommended print temperature:190°C - 220°C. Recommended print speed:60mm/s. Hot bed temperature:60-65°C.

Carbon Fiber Matte PLA
1. The carbon fiber PLA filament has extremely high rigidity, and long-term printing will wear the copper nozzle and increase nozzle's aperture. Recommended to use stainless steel nozzles.
2. Our carbon fibre PLA is dried and vacuum-treated before leaving the factory, with a desiccant inside, so it can largely avoid moisture. Please feel free to use them. However, due to different climates and humidity levels in the air, if you get a carbon fibre filament that stringing, we recommend that you dry it in a filament dryer for 4 hours before printing to avoid stringing.
3. Ensure that the free end of the filament is inserted into the small hole at the edge to avoid tangling for the next use.

- Q: What is Tronxy Carbon Fiber Filament?
A: Tronxy Carbon Fiber Filament is a special type of 3D printing material made from PLA (Polylactic Acid) mixed with 20% carbon fiber. This combination makes it stronger and stiffer than regular PLA, making it great for creating durable 3D prints. - Q: What are the benefits of using Carbon Fiber PLA?
A: Using Carbon Fiber PLA offers several advantages. It has a matte black finish, is easy to print, and has high toughness. It also minimizes warping and provides good adhesion between layers, which helps in creating strong and reliable prints. - Q: What settings should I use for printing with Carbon Fiber PLA?
A: For best results, set your printer to a temperature between 190°C and 220°C. The print speed should be around 60mm/s, and the heated bed should be set to 60-65°C. These settings help ensure smooth and successful prints. - Q: How do I prevent my filament from tangling?
A: To avoid tangling, always insert the free end of the filament into the small hole at the edge of the spool after use. This keeps it secure and ready for the next printing session. - Q: Can I use a regular nozzle with Carbon Fiber PLA?
A: It's recommended to use a stainless steel nozzle instead of a copper one. The carbon fibers can wear down copper nozzles over time, so using stainless steel helps maintain the nozzle's performance. - Q: How should I store my Carbon Fiber PLA filament?
A: Store your filament in a sealed bag to keep it dry and free from dust. If it has absorbed moisture, dry it in a filament dryer for about 2 hours at 50°C before using it again. - Q: Is Carbon Fiber PLA suitable for beginners?
A: Yes, Carbon Fiber PLA is user-friendly and easy to print with, making it a great choice for beginners. Just follow the recommended settings, and you'll be able to create strong and beautiful prints. - Q: What types of projects can I use Carbon Fiber PLA for?
A: You can use Carbon Fiber PLA for a variety of projects, including prototypes, models, and even functional parts like frames and tools. It's especially popular among hobbyists and professionals alike. - Q: What should I do if my prints are stringing?
A: If you notice stringing in your prints, try drying the filament before use. Additionally, adjusting the print temperature and speed can help reduce stringing and improve print quality. - Q: Where can I buy Tronxy Carbon Fiber Filament?
A: You can purchase Tronxy Carbon Fiber Filament directly from our website=. It's available in 1 kg spools, making it easy to stock up for your 3D printing projects.
